Yin Yoga & Chinese Medicine: 50hr Teacher Training
Join Emma Peel for this immersive Yin Yoga & Chinese Medicine training here at R&R Studios, Cirencester.
This training is not simply about learning Yin Yoga postures. It is about learning how to understand the human being inside them. Through Yin Yoga, Chinese Medicine, anatomy, energetics and direct experience, we explore how practice can become a way of listening - not only to the body, but to the deeper movements of life within it.
Yin Yoga becomes a practice of perception. Chinese Medicine offers a language for understanding what is being felt and experienced. Together, they create a framework for teaching with greater depth, clarity and humanity.
This training is for you if you've been curious about Chinese Medicine and weaving it's wisdom into your teaching, if you're a yoga teacher looking to add a new style to your repertoire, or if you're simply wanting to deepen your knowledge of Yin Yoga. This 50hrs training is certified by Yoga Alliance.
