At the heart of her work is a vision of guiding each person toward remembering their innate wholeness and fostering a life rich with meaning, presence, and purpose.
Embodied Approach to Hands-on Assists
The training includes an introduction to Sen line theory, the Thai approach to body reading, and the principle of leaning rather than pushing, offering a more intuitive and energetic way of seeing and working with the body. Rather than focusing on anatomy alone, we explore the body as an energetic, spiral and relational system, where touch supports nervous system regulation, somatic release, and deeper embodied awareness.
