Refund Policy

At R&R Studios we aim to provide the highest quality classes, workshops and events. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

• All purchases made for classes, memberships, workshops, events, retreats, and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

• By purchasing a class, membership, or event ticket, you agree to this no-refund policy.
   

2. Memberships & Class Packs

​

• Memberships (monthly plans) and class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.

• If you choose not to use your membership or class credits, we are unable to provide a refund or credit rollover.
   

3. Workshops, Events & Retreats
 

• All workshop, retreat, and event bookings are final. Payments are non-refundable.

• If you cannot attend, you may gift or transfer your spot to a friend. Please notify us by email if you wish to transfer your booking.
   

4. Cancellations
 

• We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for regular studio classes.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours of class start) or no-shows will result in loss of that class credit, without refund.

• For workshops and events, cancellations at any time will not be refunded.
   

5. Extenuating Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations (e.g. serious illness, injury, pregnancy, bereavement), we may at our discretion offer:

• A transfer of credits to future use, or

• A pause of your membership.

This is considered on a case-by-case basis and requires written notice to hello@retreatandrewild.co.uk.

6. Studio Cancellations
 

• If R&R Studios cancels a class, workshop or event, you will receive either:

  • A replacement class credit, or

  • A full refund for the specific cancelled booking (if no alternative is available).
