2. Booking and Payments

3. Memberships

• All memberships are a 4-month minimum term, then roll monthly.

• Membership credits cannot be shared, transferred, or rolled over if unused.

• Memberships cannot be paused unless there are extenuating circumstances such as pregnancy, bereavement, or working abroad.
  
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Drop-in classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a credit refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable and the class credit will be forfeited.

• Memberships: Cancellations require 1 months notice in writing. Following receipt of notice, 1 final membership payment will be taken and credits will expire 1 month after payment.

• Workshops and retreats: Cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of booking.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
   

5. Health and Safety

• By attending classes or events, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.

• Please inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before class.

• R&R Studios and their teachers are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation.
   

6. Studio Etiquette

• Arrive on time for classes; late arrivals will not be admitted.

• Respect other participants and instructors; disruptive behavior may result in removal from class.
