The RESET
20th September | Half Day Retreat
Join Cat & Loulou for a half-day retreat to RESET. A feel-good 3-hour immersion designed to leave you sweaty, stretched, grounded, and totally recharged for the week ahead.
Our morning will blend Yoga, Barre, HIIT, Shake the Dust, and Rest. We’ll kick things off with an energising co-led flow to get your heart pumping, your muscles firing, and your energy lifted. Then, we'll take a well-earned pause: homemade ginger shots, tea, and cake (because balance). Once we’ve moved through all that fiery energy (from our movement and the ginger shots), we’ll soften the pace and ease into a slower, more restorative practice designed to help you fully unwind and reset.
Expect high energy, spicy sequences, and plenty of encouragement along the way. And yes, two teachers means double the hands-on assists, extra support, and little moments of magic throughout.
We can't wait to host you.

Late Summer Immersion
13th September | Half Day Retreat
Join Cat & Lucy for their half-day immersion blending Vinyasa and Katonah Yoga. This edition is themed around Late Summer, the fifth season in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Late Summer is associated with the Earth element. It's a season of grounding, nourishment and transition. As the expansive energy of summer begins to soften towards autumn, we're invited to reconnect to the practices that sustain us. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season supports the Spleen and Stomach, encouraging strong digestion, steady energy, and a sense of being deeply rooted. This afternoon offers space to embody these qualities through movement, rest, and community.
As always, our afternoon will consist of an extended dynamic co-led Katonah x Vinyasa yoga practice with Cat & Lucy, where Vinyasa's continuous movement and fluidity meets the precise architecture of form and intelligent structure of Katonah. We'll break for tea, homemade cakes, and time to connect post-practice. Our final piece of the afternoon takes us into a slower, more restorative space with a practice blending Yin, Restorative and meditation - a potent combination to settle the nervous system, replenish our energy, and integrate the nourishment of the day.

Touch As Medicine
24th October | Thai-inspired Assists for Movement Teachers
This immersive, Thai-inspired training introduces movement teachers to a therapeutic approach to hands-on assisting - rooted in energetic awareness, conscious touch, and embodied presence.
Through a blended practice, philosophy, and hands-on lab, you’ll explore a Yoga–Thai massage approach that weaves rhythmic touch, rocking, compression, restorative postures, and supportive assists. The training includes an introduction to Sen line theory, the Thai approach to body reading, and the principle of leaning rather than pushing, offering a more intuitive and energetic way of seeing and working with the body.
Throughout the training, the emphasis is on cultivating confidence with touch, learning simple Thai techniques you can weave into your teaching, and offering restorative, supportive assists that regulate the nervous system and elevate the student experience.
