Winter Solstice

7th December | Cirencester

Join founder of R&R, Cat Hindson, and guest facilitator and founder of VADOMA, Shannon Saunders, for an afternoon retreat to honour the Winter Solstice.

This retreat is a place to be gently guided in winter rituals, take time for introspection, and be held in your practice. Expect guided journalling, cacao, embodied Yin practice, and a VADOMA sound ceremony.

Sunday Restorative*

14th December | Cirencester

A Sunday special 75-minute restorative class.

Restorative Yoga at R&R Studios is a deeply restful practice designed to support the nervous system and nurture stillness through long holds in deeply supported & relaxing postures. Expect to use plenty of props; blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and more. This is a gentle, nourishing space to slow down, cultivate deep rest, and replenish your cells.

Yoga & Sound

21st December | Cirencester

Join Olivia for a mind-body balancing practice as we move through sixty minutes of Vinyasa yoga into a gentle sound bath.

 

Our slow flow will activate each of the body’s primary energy centres and set you up to slip into deep relaxation for the magic of sound. We will close the practice with 30 minutes of crystal bowls and chimes, leaving you feeling restored and centred.

Yoga & Mince Pies*

23rd December | Cirencester

Join Cat for a signature R&R Yoga class, followed by festive treats and time to connect.

 

Expect a dynamic, vinyasa-style class where movement is linked to the breath. You will build up heat in the body before we slow things down and end the class with space to rest.

New Year's Restorative*

2nd January | Cirencester

A gentle invitation to begin again.

Join Ren for a slow, soothing 90 minutes of restorative rest, reflection, and soft intention setting for the year ahead. Together we’ll release what’s been held , arrive back in the body, and plant quiet seeds of renewal – not through striving, but through stillness. A space to exhale, recalibrate, and step into the new year feeling grounded, open, and softly restored.

Join Cat & Emma for an afternoon of soulful practices to ground, centre, and uplift. Winter Immersion

Join Cat & Lucy for a half-day winter immersion.

As we reach the midway point of winter – when it can feel both endless & the first signs of spring appear – this is an afternoon of space just for you. An opportunity to check in, immerse in your yoga practice, be in community & invite deep rest.

Enjoy an extended dynamic co-led practice with Cat & Lucy as we weave the flow of Vinyasa Yoga with the longevity & magic of Katonah Yoga. We’ll break for tea and homemade cakes (because post-practice treats bring us all of the joy) before settling down for a restful practice incorporating Yin, Restorative & Yoga Nidra. A potent combination to soften the nervous system & settle the mind.
