Europe & International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the UK.
 

In-Studio Purchases

All in-studio purchases are non-refundable.

Within 7 days, we can offer:

  • An exchange for item(s) of the same value, or

  • A credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Credit notes are delivered to customers via email.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not liable for loss or damage of returned items - tracked or signed delivery is strongly recommended, along with proof of postage.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, and all sales are final:

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, candles, palo santo)

Exchanges

The quickest way to secure a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new one.

 

Refunds
