Ethically sourced from naturally fallen trees native to Peru, South America,  palo santo is a strong fragrant, natural incense. Each stick carries the warm, grounding aroma that has been used for centuries to cleanse energy and quiet the mind.

Perfect before class, during meditation, or as a gentle ritual at home, each bundle contains two Palo Santo sticks to help create a sanctuary wherever you are. Simply light, hold in the flame for 30 seconds, let the smoke rise, and allow the space around you to soften.

In-Studio Purchases

All in-studio purchases are non-refundable.

Within 7 days, we can offer:

• An exchange for item(s) of the same value, or

• A credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Credit notes are delivered to customers via email.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, items must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn or unused

• With original tags

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not liable for loss or damage of returned items - tracked or signed delivery is strongly recommended, along with proof of postage.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, and all sales are final:

• Preorder items

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, candles, palo santo)

• Socks

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to secure a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
