About the event
Join R&R by the ocean for an immersive weekend retreat in West Wales. Explore the natural beauty of the untouched Welsh coastline, enjoy plenty of yoga and rest practices in the woodland studio, and give yourself space to live slowly for the weekend.
We gather on the cusp of the summer solstice, with warm days to explore and long evenings for sitting around the fire. Cat will be guiding a collection of nurturing practices over our weekend including: Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Embodied Yin, Restorative Yoga, MFR, and Meditation. Between practices there will be plenty of time for sea swims, reading a good book, exploring the land, soaking up the forest, and simply being.
