Join R&R for a restorative & wild weekend retreat in Polzeath, Cornwall. Discover the rugged beauty of the Cornish coastline in autumn, with sea swims, sauna hangs, twice-daily yoga practice, and plenty of space for dreaming & resting.
This retreat is a long weekend of space to tend to yourself, reflect on the Yang summer months and begin to settle into the Yin energy of autumn. Immerse in daily practices guided by Cat, including Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative, Embodied Yin and Meditation. Between sessions, take time to explore the coast paths, curl up with a book, hang with the group, or simply be.
Our homes for the weekend are two exquisite houses perched at the top of Highcliffe, Anterre and Belanu, both with panoramic views out to Stepper Point and across the Camel Estuary.
